Prices in CAD, plus applicable taxes. Size includes finished basement.
Packages
Four packages priced by size. Every package except Essentials includes a personalized property website, free until the home sells or leases (up to months).
Drone isn't offered for condos. All drone flights depend on airspace approval and weather.

Need just one piece? Book any service on its own.
What's included
- Listing photos: as many photos as the home needs (no cap), sized for MLS and web, blue-sky replacement, delivered within hours.
- 360° virtual tour: one scene per room plus exteriors, an unbranded link for MLS and a branded link for marketing, hosted for months.
- Drone: 8–12 edited aerial photos; video option adds a 60-second edited aerial video.
Personalized property website
A dedicated website for the property, with everything about the home in one link: photos, 360° tour, drone video and details. You get two versions: an unbranded one for MLS and a branded one with your name, photo and contact details for social media and email.
After the home sells or leases, the website stays live more days as a “Sold” page, then comes down.
Short-term rentals & Airbnb
Photos that help your rental get booked: every room, the amenities, and the small details guests look for, from studios and condos to full houses and cottages. Discounts for property managers and hosts with multiple units.

Policies
- Travel: Free within Toronto, York Region and Durham Region. Outside these areas, a travel fee is confirmed when you book.
- Reshoot guarantee: If an important angle is missed or there's a quality issue, we'll reshoot or re-edit at no cost.
- Cancellation: Free with at least hours' notice. Cancellations within hours, or a property that isn't ready when we arrive, are charged .
- Payment: Full payment is due on delivery. Full-resolution files are released once payment is received. Payment by Interac e-Transfer.
- Taxes: Prices in CAD, plus applicable taxes.
Discounts
- Referral credit: Refer another agent and get a credit when they book their first shoot.

How do you measure size?
By the home's total square footage, including a finished basement.
How many photos will I get?
As many as the home needs to show it properly; there's no fixed cap.
How fast is delivery?
Photos are delivered within hours, often sooner.
